Managed services

Not every job should need a ticket and a chase. The managed plan is remote support time each month, a written report on what we have actually done, and a quarterly look at the setup. The price is published, the scope is written down, and it stays the same every month.

Scope explained before work starts
Quoted work or a monthly plan
Remote first, on-site only when needed

Sound familiar?

  • Faults are raised, but nothing moves until somebody chases it
  • Nobody is sure what was invoiced, or which quote it came from
  • Every new person starts without knowing how the setup fits together
  • Continuity planning that exists in somebody's head only
  • A support budget that needs a known monthly figure

How the work runs

  1. 01

    Agree the month in writing

The plan covers eight included remote support hours a month, a managed service report every month and a quarterly infrastructure review. The monthly fee is fixed and published, and what it includes is written down before the first month starts.

  2. 02

Work the faults as they arrive

Raise a fault and it is triaged without you chasing us. Our target for the plan is a first response on P2 faults within four working hours. That is a working target we measure ourselves against, not a contractual service level.

  3. 03

    Report from our own records

Each monthly report lists the faults raised, the quotes issued, the invoices raised and what is still open. It is compiled from what we have actually recorded for you, not from a template.

Prices

South African rand. VAT is added only if the written quote says so. Full rate sheet.

  • Managed support plan

Remote support on a monthly plan, with the triage, the reporting and the invoicing handled for you.

8 included remote hours a month, a managed service report every month, and a quarterly infrastructure review. On-site work, hardware and third-party costs are excluded. Not a 24/7 cover and not an uptime promise.

    R2,750 / month

  • Remote health and spend watch

A written watch over open faults, our measured response times, and everything invoiced to you, every month.

Delivered from our own records. Remote only. Covers the accounts and work we have recorded for you. Not a monitoring service and not a service-level agreement.

    R990 / month

  • Service report

A written account of the faults raised, quotes issued and invoices raised in a period.

One report per order, compiled from our records. Reports on work already done; it does not include any new work.

    R690

  • Billing and rate compliance audit

Every invoice we issued you in a period, checked line by line against this published rate card.

One audit per order. We report anything that does not reconcile; nothing is adjusted without your agreement. Supplier and carrier invoices are excluded.

    R1,150

  • Infrastructure documentation and handover pack

Your network and phone estate as we have recorded it: faults fixed, changes made, and what is still open.

One pack per order, built from our records. Not a site survey, and it does not document equipment or cabling we have never seen.

    R1,380

  • Business continuity plan

The failure points we have actually recorded for you, the order to recover them in, and the gaps we can see.

One plan per order, built from your recorded fault history. Not a formal disaster recovery plan and not a compliance certification.

    R1,725

  • Service level and response review

How the faults raised in a period were actually handled, measured against our own written response targets.

One review per order. Our response targets are working targets we measure ourselves against, not a contractual service level, and we do not sell them as one.

    R690

Not included in the monthly price

  • Live monitoring of your estate, an uptime promise and a contractual service level
  • On-site work, hardware, third-party licences and carrier costs
  • After-hours work, which is quoted separately

A few sentences are enough. You get a written quote before anyone starts, and asking does not commit you to anything.
