Before any work
How work is agreed
Last updated: October 2026.
Work starts only from a written quote that names the scope, timing, and total price. This keeps the job clear before any paid work begins.
- An enquiry, chat, or service-desk message is not a contract and not a quote.
- Published labour is R690 an hour remote and R805 an hour on-site, unless the quote changes it.
- VAT is added only when the written quote says so.
- Travel, hardware, licences, and third-party services are extra and itemised before they are agreed.
- Monthly managed support is offered: the managed support plan is R2,750 a month, and the remote health and spend watch is R990 a month. Both are remote only.
- One-off written services can be ordered on their own: a service report R690, a billing and rate compliance audit R1,150, an infrastructure documentation and handover pack R1,380, a business continuity plan R1,725, and a service level and response review R690.
- None of the managed services is live monitoring of your estate, an uptime promise, cover outside working hours, or a contractual service level. The reports are produced from our own records.
- After-hours work is by appointment.
- Pay by EFT or international wire, using the reference on the quote or invoice. Card checkout is not available.
In plain English
You ask for help, we explain what is involved, and you see the price in writing before anyone starts. If it is not on the quote, it is not part of the agreed work. A monthly plan is agreed in writing the same way, at a fixed published price.
